Directory information

Profiles use public professional information from NPPES, official practice websites, publications and CMS. Sources and dates are identified where reviewed. The site has no patient intake or appointment booking.

Claims, corrections and reviews

Submission forms remain closed until moderation and notification setup has been verified. When open, we store the information you submit in a private moderation queue on our hosting account. Claim requests require a contact name, work email, role and public practice website. Review and correction email addresses are optional and are not displayed publicly. Reviews can be submitted without email verification.

Only approved reviews and their chosen display names are public. Claims require independent verification and do not grant automatic editing access. We use session cookies for form security and moderator sign-in, plus keyed hashes of IP addresses for abuse prevention. Owner email alerts contain only a queue reference and sign-in link, not submission text or contact details.

Do not submit diagnoses, medical records, dates of birth or other sensitive information. To request a correction, removal or privacy review, contact admin@localurology.com.

Search and external links

Search filters run in your browser. Search terms appear in the page URL and may remain in browser history or server access logs. Do not enter medical or sensitive information. There is no advertising or analytics in this preview. External websites have their own privacy policies.
